Yuvraj sing in poor from
The Indian One-Day team's victory in Sri Lanka gave the fans plenty of reason to celebrate. But the management still has a few headaches to deal with. Perhaps the most worrying of all is the sharply declining form of a man who till recently couldn't put a foot wrong -- Yuvraj Singh.

When it comes to being the life of a show, there isn't anyone quite like Yuvraj Singh. The Punjab dasher has it all - the attitude, good looks and plenty of confidence. But its his declining form at what he does best - play cricket that is worrying the experts.

"Yuvraj needs to improve his defence a bit more and his goal should be to eventually play for Indian Test side consistently. Then he will become a better player. Talent is very much there - he is a treat to watch," said Wasim Akram, former Pakistan captain.

Yuvraj had a nightmare in Sri Lanka - five innings resulted in a mere 72 runs at a shocking average of under 15. The mystery of Mendis traumatised him in particular, with Yuvraj falling thrice to him.

For a man who has been the fulcrum of India's One-Day middle order now for the last few years, this was a dramatic fall.
